Shipping policy
Free shipping in the US
Every order ships free within the United States. We currently do not ship outside the US.
Delivery time
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 3–5 business days
- Total: usually 4–8 business days
During holidays and peak season, processing can take up to 5 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package anytime on our Track my order page at nuadela.com/apps/track123. The first tracking update can take 24–48 hours to appear.
Multiple packages
Our products ship from different US warehouses. If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Delayed or lost packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
